The top official of Heartland Media LLC, the new owner of WTHI-TV 10 in Terre Haute, said the station will soon get its own master control hub.
The purchase was finalized Jan. 17 as part of Nexstar’s $4.6 billion cash and stock purchase of Media General. Nexstar sold off 13 TV stations, collecting $548 million, as part of an agreement with US Department of Justice antitrust officials to obtain General Media.
